SUMMER PARTY AT OUR NEW LONDON TOWNHOUSE

On July 1, 2026, we welcomed friends, colleagues, and clients to our townhouse in London's St John's Wood neighbourhood to enjoy a summer evening of music, immersive design, and good company.

Marking a significant milestone for De La Espada, the opening coincided with the 30th anniversary of our first retail space in London; a celebration of our creative evolution.

Guests explored our curated De La Espada home, set over two levels, with designs from across our creative partnerships met by carefully selected objects and art. The evening included a music recital by Teresa De Oliveira on cello and Kamil Kulich on piano.

Encompassing living, dining, sleeping, work, and outdoor spaces, our townhouse expresses our creative universe across the full home and captures our craft-centred, design-driven approach.

Products designed by our in-house studio De La Espada Atelier, and our creative partners Anthony Guerrée, Autoban, Jason Miller, Luca Nichetto, Manuel Aires Mateus, Matthew Hilton, Neri&Hu, Sam Baron, and Studioilse are placed in dialogue with one another, across form, craft, and material.

Rich with texture, tactility, and masterful craftsmanship, the townhouse showcases generations-old craft techniques in woodworking, upholstery, ceramics, weaving, and saddlery.

This is present throughout De La Espada products, and in hand-selected artwork from artists including UK-based Catarina Riccabona, Lisbon-based Macheia, Spanish wood turner Aitor Martínez, and Porto-based Victor Marqué.
