KEYNOTE LAUNCH EVENT NOVEMBER 2026

Join us for a special online event welcoming 10 new products born of close collaboration between Simon Kämpfer, principal of our creative think tank Atelier, and artisans from across Portugal and into Spain, with the support of our research and development team, De La Espada Studio, led by André Silva.

Encompassing textile- and basket weaving; metalworking; wood carving and turning; ceramics; and cork, the products are contemporary expressions of heritage craft techniques with the vision and engineering of De La Espada. A continuation of our research into, and support of, generations-old craft traditions in our home country. Emphasising the saber fazer of the artisan, the products reflect on human-centred design and the impact of the individual.

Hosted by De La Espada co-founder Luis De Oliveira, the keynote launches the products and provides insight into the stories behind the designs, the crafts, and the relationships built.
